Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may (or may not) be available for Brand Clamp Inc. services.

Introduction

BRAND CLAMP INC is committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. Refunds are granted only under specific circumstances and are assessed based on the stage of service delivery, contractual terms, and compliance with U.S. laws. Due to the nature of digital services, including but not limited to web design, digital marketing, SEO, and consulting, full refunds may not be available once substantial work has commenced.

Eligibility and Scope

All sales are final. Once an order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Work begins immediately upon receipt of payment. By confirming your order, you acknowledge that BRAND CLAMP INC. will dedicate time, resources, and personnel to your project. No partial refunds will be provided for work that has been started or partially completed. Any deliverables approved by the client or deemed completed are non-refundable.

If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, all fees incurred remain payable. For subscription-based, ongoing, or hosting services, any adjustments—if applicable—will be prorated based on services rendered and third-party costs incurred.

Website redesign projects are limited to 30 days, and new website development projects to 45 days, starting from the payment date. Client delays may result in additional fees. Payments overdue by more than 7 days will incur late fees and interest. Submission of payment constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

Job Applicant and Employee Refund Exceptions

Brand Clamp Inc does not charge any fees for employment applications, recruitment services, training programs, or employment-related assessments. If anyone asks you for any kind of payment or compensation, or pretends to represent Brand Clamp Inc, please report it immediately to career@brandclamp.com. We are not responsible for such individuals.

No Refund Policy

All payments made to BRAND CLAMP INC. are final and non-refundable. Once an order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, no refunds, reversals, or chargebacks will be permitted under any circumstances.

BRAND CLAMP INC. does not accept or process refund requests. If you have any questions or concerns regarding payments, billing discrepancies, additional charges, applicable taxes, or transaction issues, please contact us directly by calling our support team or emailing pay@brandclamp.com. All inquiries will be reviewed and addressed accordingly.

Submission of payment constitutes full acknowledgment and acceptance of this policy.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are explicitly non-refundable, including but not limited to website, SMM, domain registrations, third-party hosting or licensing fees, and materials or software/app purchased on behalf of the client. Partial service refunds may be reduced to account for work already completed or expenses incurred by BRAND CLAMP INC.

Policy Changes

BRAND CLAMP INC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time to reflect operational changes or legal requirements. Clients and users are encouraged to review the policy regularly. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated policy.
